Our facilities are available to rent to members and non-members of the parishes. 

 

Member Fees:

 

Parish Activity Center – Seating for up to 200 with a small kitchen
4-6 hour Rental - $300
Security Deposit - $200/$500

 

St. Augustine Parish Hall – Seating for up to 320 (whole hall) with kitchen (60’x108’)
4-6 hour Rental - $450
Security Deposit – $200/$500

 

St. Augustine Parish Hall – Seating for up to 125 (half hall) with kitchen
4-6 hour Rental - $200
Security Deposit - $50

 

Walpole Hall – Seating for up to 400 – no kitchen
4-6 hour Rental - $300
Security Deposit - $200

 

St. Catharine Hall – Seating for up to 60 with kitchen
4-6 hour rental  - $100
Security Deposit - $50

All rentals will be increased by $200 if alcohol is SOLD.

At St. Augustine - No rentals will allowed during Mass. Saturday afternoon events must conclude by 3:30pm and may not begin before 5:30pm.  No rentals on Sunday without Father’s permission.

The security deposit will be refunded if the tables are cleaned and trash is removed; no rice, bird seed, metallic confetti, silly string, glitter, etc. thrown; no loose balloons used; no extra time used; and no damage incurred.

An adult twenty-one (21) years of age must be present during the activity and accept full responsibility for the condition of the facility.

The first party to place a security deposit and sign a rental contract shall have priority on reservation.  The rental fee must be paid no later than two weeks before the scheduled event.  The number of tables and chairs needed and the event timeframe must be given to the parish officer no later than two weeks before the event.

If alcohol will be served:  Renter must provide proof of insurance for $1,000,000 (one million dollars) liability.  If personal proof of insurance cannot be provided, Renter must purchase insurance through St. Augustine from the Archdiocese of Indianapolis for approximately $125.00 for this rental.
